Chhattisgarh: BJP’s Saroj Pandey defeated Congress’ Lekhram Sahu.
West Bengal: Congress’ Abhishek Manu Sighvi and four candidates of Trinamool Congress won the Rajya Sabha seats.
Telangana: TRS candidates B. Prakash, B. Lingaiah Yadav and J. Santosh Kumar were elected to Rajya Sabha from Telangana.
The results of Jharkhand and Uttar Pradesh were not announced till the time of filing of the report.
