Needing 336 runs to make Saurashtra bat again after being made to follow on, Odisha were bowled out for 205 in their second innings on the final day.
Odisha, who earned three points form their draw against Goa in the opener, face Mumbai in their final group match. Odisha will have to record an outright win to stand any chance of making the knockout stage.
Odisha batsmen were bamboozled by the left-arm spin of Dharmendrasinh Jadeja, who bagged seven wickets for a match haul of 11 for 136. Former India seamer and skipper Jaydev Unadkat took 2 wickets.
Shantanu Mishra top-scored with 65, while allrounder Abhishek Raut made 41.
