Kalahandi: Workers engaged in the construction of the Biju Express Highway in Dharmagarh block stumbled upon a turtle weighing 42 k on Saturday .
Forest officials, who later reached the spot and rescued the turtle, described it to be of a rare variety, news agency ANI said.
