Bhubaneswar: The Commissionerate Police on Sunday arrested a youth for allegedly fleeing with his motorcycle which was seized by traffic police last night for overspeeding.
The youth has been identified as Omkar Mahapatra (23) of Baidyanathpur in Berhampur, presently residing at Jaydev Vihar area in Bhubaneswar.
According to police, Omkar was riding a motorcycle at high speed on Saturday night when he encountered a police check post near Care Hospital square.
