Bhubaneswar/ Mumbai: Rath Yatra of Lord Jagannath and siblings was held at the temple at Balaji Angan, Sector 3, Kharghar at Navi Mumbai.
The deity was taken to the chariot and worshipped in strict adherence to the COVID protocol. Chhera Pahanra was performed by Ram Prasad Muduli, a native of Odisha.
There were restrictions on having darshan of Lord Jagannath. Only traditional bells were worshipped on the occasion. It was chaired by Satyabrata Patnaik, Ratan Patnaik, Bibhuti Rath, Dharmananda Padhihari, Ranjan Roy, Jagadish Nayak, Chief Priest Ranjan Shatpathi and Basant Panda, sources said.
