There were restrictions on having darshan of Lord Jagannath.
Only traditional bells were worshipped on the occasion. It was chaired by Satyabrata Patnaik, Ratan Patnaik, Bibhuti Rath, Dharmananda Padhihari, Ranjan Roy, Jagadish Nayak, Chief Priest Ranjan Shatpathi and Basant Panda, sources said.
