Bhubaneswar: The Twin City Commissionerate Police raided a rave party at a private resort at Mendhasala in Chandaka area, on the outskirts of Bhubaneswar, and arrested its owner and manager, late on Friday.
Based on specific information, the Chandaka police searched the resort where the party was organised and seized over 20-litre beer and other intoxicants. The late-night party, which was organised without any permission, was attended by several influential people and teenagers, sources said.
The customers were allegedly enjoying music, dance and liquor at the party and they fled the resort under the cover of darkness following the raid, they added.
