Bhubaneswar: Record number of 2519 COVID-19 patients recovered from the disease in the state on Tuesday.
Highest recovered cases of 428 were reported from Khurda followed by 276 from Balasore, 237 from Ganjam, 152 from Cuttack, 144 from Rayagada, 140 from Bhadrak, and 138 from Sundargarh, according to Health and Family Welfare department.
Similarly, recovery of 98 patients was reported from Koraput, 97 from Puri, 96 from Nayagarh, 85 from Balangir, 61 from Dhenkanal, 60 from Kandhamal, 59 from Sambalpur, 58 from Jajpur, 54 from Mayurbhanj, 53 each from Bargarh and Jagatsinghpur and 52 from Malkangiri.
The recovered cases from other districts are as follow:
42 from Gajapati
31 from Nabarangpur
23 from Kalahandi
22 from Kendrapada
19 each from Deogarh and Keonjhar
18 from Jharsuguda
3 from Angul
1 from Boudh.
With the day’s figure, the total number of COVID-19 recovered patients in the state went up to 56,924.
