Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government is planning to carry out a record one lakh rapid coronavirus testing soon as a preventive measure in potential hotspots in the state.
“Odisha will carry out one lakh rapid testing in the state at the earliest possible time,” Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik said after a Cabinet meeting on Thursday.
Earlier, the CM had directed the health department to scale up the total COVID-19 tests in the state to 1000 per day.
