Bhubaneswar: Amid the prevailing hot and humid conditions, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued red warning of severe thunderstorm activity in Odisha’s Mayurbhanj district till 5 pm on Friday.
Severe thunderstom/lightning accompanied by moderate to heavy rain, hail and gusty surface wind speed reaching 50-60 kmph is likely at isolated places in the district during the next 2 hours.
