Amid speculation and anticipation for the Redmi K20 series, Xiaomi has finally announced the launch date of its new flagship series. The Redmi K20 and Redmi K20 Pro will be launched on July 17, Redmi India tweeted.
Xiaomi will also be holding its Mi Pop 2019 fan event to mark its 5th anniversary in India. The launch event will take place at 12 noon in New Delhi. As expected, the pricing has not been revealed yet.
The ‘Flagship Killer 2.0’, which was launched in China in May, has the following prices:
6GB RAM/64GB storage – RMB 1,999 (approximately Rs 20,000)
6GB RAM/128GB storage – RMB 2,099 (approximately Rs 21,000)
Redmi K20 Pro prices:
6GB RAM/64GB storage – RMB 2,499 (approximately Rs 25,000)
8GB RAM/256GB storage – RMB 2,999 (approximately Rs 30,000)
Redmi K20 series will sport a 6.39-inch FHD+ AMOLED display and a pop-up selfie camera. The Pro version is powered by Snapdragon 855, while the standard version is powered by Snapdragon 730 SoC.
