Renew Driving Licence Online In Odisha

Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government on Wednesday began the online renewal of driving licence (DL) services to avoid any rush in Regional Transport Offices (RTOs) and ensure safety of the applicants amid the COVID pandemic.

The online DL services are available on www.parivahan.gov.in. People can apply for the name, address change, issue of duplicate DL, change of biometric, replacement of DL, issue of an extract of DL, the surrender of Class of Vehicle (CoV), issue of No Objection Certificate (NOC), and surrender of NOC through the portal.
