Bhubaneswar: The renovated office of BJB College Alumni Association “BJB Friends” was inaugurated on Sunday. The office was inaugurated by Minister for Science and Technology and alumni of BJB College Ashok Chandra Panda.
Panda called upon the alumni to participate in ‘Mo College’ campaign of the state government. The process of identification of land for the proposed second campus of the institute will begin soon, he added.
Among others, alumni and members of BJB Friends Core Committee including former minister and Deputy Speaker of Odisha Assembly, Bibhuti Bhushan Singh Mardaraj and former Deputy Governor of the Reserve Bank of India and BJB alumni Harun Khan also attended.
BJB College Principal Niranjan Mishra, Ashok Mohanty, Sibanand Ray, RK Choudhury, KC Patra, PK Mohanty, BJB Friends Executive president Debu Patnaik and general secretary Satyabrata Dhupal were also present.
