Bhubaneswar: The state-level Republic Day parade in Odisha will be held in line with New Delhi this year.
According to a Home Department notification, the Governor will hoist the Tricolour and take the salute at the parade in Bhubaneswar on Sunday. The Chief Minister will grace the occasion as the guest of honour.
It has been decided that the 120 Territorial Army, Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) and Railway Protection Force (RPF) and the Special Operation Group (SOG) of Odisha will take part in the state-level Republic Day parade this year.

Besides, the Collectors of Sambalpur, Bhadrak, Bargarh, Boudh, Deogarh, Jharsuguda, Kandhamal and Kendrapara will hoist the flag in their respective districts.
