Bhubaneswar: In a minor reshuffle in the IAS cadre, the Odisha government appointed Satyabrata Sahu as principal secretary, Micro, Small & Medium Enterprise (MSME), on his return from Central deputation.
The additional appointment of Hemant Sharma as principal secretary, MSME, shall stand terminated, as per a General Administration and Public Grievance notification.
Gopabandhu Satpathy, special secretary Planning and Convergence, has been appointed managing director Odisha State Cooperative Bank (OSCB), Bhubaneswar, in place of Debendra Kumar Jena, who has been re-designated as additional secretary, Planning and Convergence.
The post of managing director, OSCB, has been declared equivalent in status and responsibility to the post of special secretary to government provided in the IAS cadre of the state.
