Bhubaneswar: Retired IAS officer Trilochan Majhi has been appointed as Officer on Special Duty (OSD)-cum-Additional Secretary to Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi.
Trilochan served as Additional Secretary to the Home Department in Odisha prior to his superannuation on August 31.
As per a notification issued by Odisha’s General Administration and Public Grievance Department, Majhi has been appointed as OSD-cum-Additional Secretary to CM Majhi for a period of one year.
“Consequent upon retirement from Government service on superannuation with effect from 31.08.2026, Trilochan Majhi, IAS (Retd), Ex-Additional Secretary to Government, Home Department is re-engaged as Officer on Special Duty (OSD)-cum-Additional Secretary to the Chief Minister, Odisha for a period of one year with immediate effect,” the notification stated.
