Revealed! Salman Khan To Romance Chitrangda Singh In ‘Battle Of Galwan’

Mumbai: Salman Khan’s intense first look from the upcoming film ‘Battle Of Galwan’ had taken internet by storm.

Now, the film’s director Apoorva Lakhia has revealed that Chitrangda Singh will be romancing Salman in the highly-anticipated film.

“I’ve always wanted to work with Chitrangda since seeing her outstanding performance in Hazaaron Khwaishein Aisi and then Bob Biswas,” the director said.

“We are delighted to welcome Chitrangda Singh to the cast of Battle of Galwan. She brings a unique combination of strength and sensitivity that will complement Salman Sir’s brooding yet quiet strength,” Lakhia added.

Welcoming Chitrangda on board, Salman shared a photo of the actress from India Gate and wrote, “Simplicity and Elegance personified Welcoming @chitrangda to the Battle Of Galwan team.”

Thanking Salman, the actress posted, “Thank you so much for making me part of this .. it’s is truly special ! I look forward to working with the whole team.”

This will be the first time that Salman and Chitrangda will be sharing screen space.

War drama ‘Battle of Galwan’ revolves around the clash between Indian and Chinese troops in the Galwan Valley of Ladakh. Shooting is likely to begin later this year.
