Bhubaneswar: Odisha Vigilance on Thursday nabbed a revenue inspector posted in Jharsuguda district while accepting a bribe of Rs 7,000.
Vigilance sources identified the accused as Jasmita Bhorasagar, Revenue Inspector, Sahaspur revenue circle, Laikera tehsil in Jharsuguda.
She was allegedly taking the bribe from a person for issuing a legal heir certificate.
Simultaneous searches have been launched on the properties of Bhorasagar at two places in Jharsuguda district.
