Rly Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw To Inaugurate East-Side Building Of Cuttack Station

Bhubaneswar: Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw is scheduled to inaugurate newly constructed east-side building of Cuttack railway station in Odisha on Saturday.

A release from Railway Ministry on Thursday said Vaishnaw would visit Odisha on the day and would inaugurate the new building of the Cuttack railway station during his visit.

The new building would serve as an entry point for the commuters coming from the National Highway 16 to the railway station. A long-standing demand of the local people, the project aims at providing easy access to the station and improved facilities for the passengers.

This marks a new chapter in development of railway infrastructure in Odisha, aligning with the vision to build a world-class rail network, said the statement.
