Robbery At Shilpa Shetty’s Residence; Mumbai Police Interrogating 2 Suspects

Mumbai: Two persons have been detained in connection with a theft at Shilpa Shetty’s Juhu residence, PTI reported.

A Mumbai Police official said on Thursday that the robbery took place last week. Some valuables were stolen from the Bollywood actor’s residence.

Following a complaint, a theft case was registered at Juhu police station and a probe initiated.

The investigators are interrogating the detained duo.

Shilpa, who celebrated her birthday on June 8, is currently on a family vacation in Europe as seen from some stunning pictures and videos of exotic locations that she has been sharing on social media.

It was not clear whether the robbers barged into her residence in Juhu after the family left for Europe.

Shilpa made her comeback to films after 14 years, with ‘Hungama 2’ in 2021. She was then seen in ‘Nikamma’ in 2022.

Her next project is a web series — Rohit Shetty’s ‘Indian Police Force’ – scheduled to start streaming on Amazon Prime during Diwali this year.
