Bhubaneswar: Odisha government’s director, water and sanitation, Roopa Mishra would soon proceed on central deputation and join as director in the drinking water and sanitation department of Jal Shakti ministry, official sources said here on Friday.
The state government had about a month ago cleared the 2004 batch ICS topper’s application to go to the Centre.
