Puri: The Rourkela Municipal Corporation’s sanitation team worked day and night from May 10 to 12 in Puri, in the aftermath of cyclone Fani.
They cleaned all four sides of the Jagannath Temple, besides the roads in Puri. Around 200 RMC employees were in Puri, helping departments concerned with sanitation work there. Four sanitation observers and eight supervisors were in the team.
Municipality employees from Biramitrapur, Rajgangpur, and Sundergarh Municipality also visited the affected areas of Puri.
