Mumbai: Amid the Bollywood insider vs. outsider debate triggered by the untimely death of Sushant Singh Rajput in June, veteran actor Naseeruddin Shah has said the whole controversy was becoming “completely unnecessary” and “juvenile”.
In a recent interview, Naseeruddin said people’s complaints and clamour would only affect the image of the acting fraternity, much like any other industry.
He further went on to question why was everyone washing their dirty garments out in the public, ABP Live reported.
The veteran actor added that why did actors, who have been content with everything in the Bollywood industry, were now complaining about things like movie posters and roles.
Most importantly, he finished off by urging everyone to leave the late actor alone to rest in peace.
