New Delhi: Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman announced the extension of PM Ujjwala Scheme to cover 1 crore more beneficiaries in Union Budget 2021.
Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana (PMUY) was launched on May 1, 2016 to provide 8 crore LPG connections without a deposit fee to poor households in the country.
