Rs 4.3 Lakh Looted From Finance Firm Employees At Different Places In Odisha

Rayagada/Puri: Miscreants on Wednesday looted Rs 4.3 lakh cash in two different incidents from the employees of finance companies in Rayagada and Puri.

Three men stabbed a finance company employee near Dhamalia in Kalyansinghpur on Wednesday afternoon and looted Rs 1.3 lakh when he was returning to the office after collecting cash. Locals took the critically injured man to the hospital.

Likewise, some bike-borne miscreants looted Rs 3 lakh from a finance firm official at gunpoint on the Kakatpur-Bajapur Road under Konark in Puri. A complaint has been lodged in this regard at the police station.
