SAI Angan & SAI International School Celebrate International Yoga Day Virtually

Bhubaneswar: SAI Angan, SAI International School, and SAI International Residential School celebrated International Yoga Day virtually on June 21.

Students across all grades participated. Teachers began the session after the morning assembly. Senior students prepared and presented PowerPoint presentations, discussing the benefits of incorporating Yoga in everyday life. A few had made posters and shared their speeches with classmates. Some fitness-conscious parents too joined in the live sessions.

Chairperson Dr. Silpi Sahoo said, “I am extremely thankful to one and all for the enthusiastic participation by the students and making this virtual event a grand success. I truly believe that Yoga will positively impact the minds of our students, strengthen their health, and minds. Yoga is really effective in teaching us how to be much more relaxed and let go of unwanted thoughts and stress.”
