Mumbai: Even as ‘Bigg Boss 19’ contestant Amaal Mallik is facing widespread criticism following his physical altercation with Abhishek Bajaj, host Salman Khan defended him and blamed Kunickaa Sadanand for the fight.
In the latest promo of Weekend Ka Vaar shared by the ‘Bigg Boss’ makers, Salman is seen lashing out at Kunickaa for provoking Amaal and Abhishek, which eventually led to the ugly fight between them.
The host first asked Amaal to explain what went wrong and what he had said.
As soon as Amaal shared what he had said, Kunickaa jumped in and insisted that he has changed his statement.
Hushing up Kunickaa and holding her completely responsible for the fight between Amaal and Abhishek during the captaincy task, Salman said, “Kunickaa apni izzat apne haathon mein hai. (Kunickaa, your dignity is in your own hands). You are repeating your mistakes again and again. Get some maturity back into you.”
The host is also seen schooling Ashnoor for her arrogance and behaviour towards the show makers.
In the promo, Salman is seen asking the contestants, “Bigg Boss jaisa ek sadasya ghar mein hota, toh kis darje pe hote? (If someone like Bigg Boss was a member of the house, what status or position would they hold?)”
Kunickaa replies, “Bade papa.”
Salman then turns towards Ashnoor and asks her if that’s how she would speak to her ‘bade papa’ and whether it was appropriate to do so.
“Bade papa hain tumhare? Unse aise baat karloge? Order karoge bade papa ko mujhe abhi ke abhi footage dikhao? Kaun ho yaar aap. Aur wo bhi tab jab aapko clue hi nahi hai ki ho kya raha hai ghar mein. (Is this how you would talk to your ‘bade papa’? You’ll order him saying, ‘Show me the footage right now’? Who are you? And that too when you have no clue about what’s actually happening in the house). If I show you that footage, you will be embarrassed. You look like an arrogant woman who thinks no end of herself,” Salman tells Ashnoor.
Salman also confronts Nehal Chudasama, her obsession with Tanya Mittal, and also schools Mridul Tiwari.
The show streams every day at 9 pm on JioCinema and airs at 10.30 PM on Colors TV.
