Mumbai: Reel life hero Salman Khan is a real life hero too.
After reaching out to the needy with ration and funds during the pandemic crisis, the actor has now donated 1 lakh hand sanitizers to the Mumbai police.
Maharashtra chief minister Uddhav Thackeray took to Twitter to laud Salman Khan for assisting the Covid warriors with his generous donations.
“Thank you @BeingSalmanKhan for providing 1Lakh Hand Sanitizers to our @MumbaiPolice #WarAgainstVirus,” tweeted Uddhav.
Earlier, Salman had transferred funds to the accounts of 25,000 daily wage workers of the industry.
He launched a food truck named ‘Being Haangryy’ for providing food to the needy.
The actor also sent ration kits to the villages near his Panvel farmhouse, where is quarantining at present.
