Salman Khan Ensures Medical Care For Body Double Parvez Kazi Following Heart Surgery: Report

Mumbai: Salman Khan has reportedly stepped in to support his longtime body double Parvez Kazi following his recent heart surgery.

According to an India Today report, Kazi fell ill at home on August 6. While initial reports suggested that he had suffered a heart attack while shooting, his manager Piyush later clarified that the claim was incorrect.

After feeling unwell, Kazi consulted a doctor and underwent a series of tests. He was subsequently hospitalised and underwent a minor cardiac procedure.

After learning about Kazi’s health scare, Salman reportedly came forward to support him and ensured that he received the necessary medical care during his recovery.

Kazi’s manager Piyush said Salman was “right there with us” and personally followed up on his treatment and recovery.

“Salman sir treats Parvez sir like a younger brother and helped immediately,” he added.

Kazi’s health scare also reportedly led to changes in the shooting schedule of Salman’s upcoming pan-India action film with Nayanthara, reportedly titled ‘Monster’.

As Kazi took time off to recover, reports suggested that Salman may have stepped in to perform some of the action sequences himself.

Kazi is now reportedly recovering well and could return to the sets after a few days of rest.

The film’s makers have also reportedly revised the stunt schedule and put additional safety measures in place ahead of his return.
