Bhubaneswar: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)’s Odisha unit on Saturday announced Sambalpur MLA Jayanarayan Mishra as the new Leader of Opposition (LOP) in the Odisha Legislative Assembly.
Mishra replaces Pradipta Kumar Naik, who is undergoing treatment at Medanta in New Delhi for COVID-related complications, informed Odisha BJP co-incharge Vijay Pal Singh Tomar at a press conference in Bhubaneswar.
