Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Series With 45W Fast Charging Launched In India

Soon after launching the Galaxy Note 10 and Galaxy Note 10+ in New York, Samsung on Thursday announced the prices of its high-end flagship phones in India.

Interestingly, the Galaxy Note is the smallest in Note series yet, while the Note 10+ has the largest display so far. The Galaxy Note 10+ has 12GB RAM on both variants. Here are the prices:

Samsung Galaxy Note 10 (8GB RAM/256GB storage) – Rs 69,999
Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ (12GB RAM/256GB storage) – Rs 79,999
Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ (12GB RAM/512GB storage) – unknown

The Galaxy Note 10 features Android 9.0 Pie with One UI, 8GB RAM, 256GB storage, 6.3-inch full-HD+ (1080×2280 pixels) Infinity-O Display with a Dynamic AMOLED panel that supports HDR10+ and dynamic tone mapping and a new octa-core Exynos 9825 SoC.

The rear camera is a triple unit consisting of 12-megapixel wide-angle (77 degrees) primary sensor with f/1.5-f/2.4 variable aperture and optical image stabilisation (OIS), a 16-megapixel ultra-wide angle (123 degrees) lens with an f/2.2 aperture, and a 12-megapixel telephoto lens (45 degrees) sensor with f/2.1 aperture and OIS.

The front punch-hole camera is a 10-megapixel sensor with autofocus, f/2.2 aperture, and a 80-degree field of view.

Like the Samsung Galaxy S10, it comes with an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor. It comes with an all-new S Pen having a 6-axis sensor with a gyroscope and acceleration sensor.

The battery is a 3,500mAh unit and comes with a 25W fast charger. It measures 151×71.8×7.9mm and weighs 168 grams.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ features a 6.8-inch QHD+ (1440×3040 pixels) Infinity-O Display, 12GB RAM, 256GB or 512GB storage, an additional DepthVision Camera (with a VGA or 0.3-megapixels resolution), a larger 4,300mAh battery with 45W fast charging. It measures 162.3×77.2×7.9mm and weighs 196 grams.

Both the phones are expected to come in Aura Black, Aura Glow, and Aura White colours. Pre-bookings will open on August 8 and the phones will go on sale from August 23. Pre-booking can be done on Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm Mall, Samsung Online Store, Tata Cliq as well as retail stores.

There is a Rs 6,000 cashback with HDFC cards at retail outlets and Samsung Online Store. The same is also available on ICICI Bank credit or debit cards at Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm Mall, and Tata Cliq. Customers can also buy the Galaxy Watch Active at Rs 9,999, down from its existing retail price of Rs 19,990 with the Note 10 series.
