Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Monday appointed acclaimed sand artist Sudarsan Pattnaik as president of Odisha Lalit Kala Akademi.
Sudarsan will hold the post for the next three years.
He was appointed to the post for the first time in 2018.
Sudarsan has been creating social awareness at national and international arena on world peace, global warming, terrorism, cleanliness drive, to save endangered wildlife species and other social issues through his sand art.
