Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Sports Journalists Association (OSJA) elected its new office bearers for the 2026-28 term during its Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on Saturday in Bhubaneswar.
The meeting took place at Utkal Journalists Association premises in the state capital.
During the session, the association presented the income and expenditure accounts for the 2025-26 financi
al year and finalised the work plan draft for 2026-27.
The election of office bearers for the two-year period saw Sandeep Mishra being re-elected unanimously as OSJA president. Samikhya Pattnaik was elected as working president, Tapan Kumar Swain as general secretary and Suresh Kumar Swain as the treasurer. Other key positions filled include vice-presidents: Himanshupati Mishra, Sanjib Biswal, and Debi Prasanna Mohanty, and joint secretaries: Debashish Sundaray, Shubhalakshmi Bal, and Bimal Kumar Raul.
The executive committee members are K Ravi, Sambit Mohapatra, Gyanaranjan Mishra, D. Niranjan Reddy, Shakti Prasad Nand, Benudhar Das, and Tushar Kumar Senapati.
The proceedings were chaired by Sandeep Mishra, while Samikhya Pattnaik delivered the vote of thanks.
