Cuttack: The Orissa High Court has ordered a probe by the Rayagada Collector into the death of three sanitation workers at Sankarda village on October 29.
The deaths were caused due to asphyxiation when the workers were cleaning the toilet tank in an under-construction building.
The HC ordered the probe on a suo motu PIL. A division bench of Orissa HC Chief Justice S Muralidhar and Justice BP Routray passed the order.
