Mumbai: Actor Sanjay Dutt has signed a new film and will be seen soon in a multi-starrer comedy film titled “Blockbuster”.
“It (Comedy) is the genre that makes me feel at home. The scale of ‘Blockbuster’ is huge and multi-starrers always connect well with audiences,” Dutt said in a statement here.
The film will be produced by Sandeep Singh, who had also worked with Dutt for his comeback film ‘Bhoomi.’
“It was my dream to make a comedy with Baba (Dutt). There are few people who can make you laugh like he does,” Singh was quoted saying.
The film is written by writers of ‘Golmaal’ and ‘Housefull 2” fame Sajid-Farhad. The movie, which will mostly be shot in Mauritius, will be directed debutants Ajay Arora and Lovel Arora.
