Mumbai: Hours after Neetu Singh confirmed the COVID-19 positive status of Ranbir Kapoor, filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali was also found to have been infected by the virus.
The director is currently shooting Gangubai Kathiawadi with Alia Bhatt in Mumbai’s Goregaon Film City.
A source told The Indian Express that the national award-winning filmmaker is under self-quarantine. “Alia too has quarantined herself since SLB and Ranbir both have tested positive. Everybody came in contact with Sanjay have taken the test,” the report added.

Sanjay’s mother, however, has tested negative for the virus.
