Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government on Thursday launched ‘SANS’ (Social Awareness & Action to Neutralize Pneumonia Successfully) programme in the state.
Under this programme, frontline health workers will detect and treat pneumonia suspects among under-5 children till February 28 to reduce child death.
Additional Chief Secretary, Health, P K Mohapatra inaugurated the campaign digitally and released IEC materials, official sources said.
