Mumbai: ‘Kedarnath’ actress Sara Ali Khan took to social media on Tuesday night to share that her driver has tested positive for COVID-19.
Sara further informed her fans that she and her family members, including her mother Amrita Singh and brother Ibrahim Ali Khan, have tested negative for the deadly virus.
Sara’s driver, who tested positive for the virus, has been shifted to a quarantine centre and the actress and her family members are taking necessary precautionary measures at home.
“I would like to inform you that our driver has tested positive for Covid-19. The BMC was promptly alerted about it and he has been moved to a quarantine centre. My family, the other staff at home and I have all been tested negative and will take the necessary precautions,” posted Sara.
Thanking the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC), the actress wrote, “A sincere thank you to the BMC from me and my family for all their help and guidance. Stay Safe everyone!”
