Cuttack: The Supreme Court Collegium has recommended the transfer and posting of former Chief Justice of Orissa High Court Justice Mohammad Rafiq as Chief Justice of Madhya Pradesh High Court.
Justice S Muralidhar, a judge of the High Court of Punjab & Haryana, has been has been recommended by the Collegium as Chief Justice of Orissa High Court.
