New Delhi: The Supreme Court for the second time, rejected the bail plea of Mahima Mishra, managing director of Odisha Stevedores Ltd (OSL) on Friday in connection with the Mahendra Swain murder case.
The apex court on September 18 had rejected the bail granted to Mishra by the Orissa High Court and ordered to take him into custody. Acting on its directive, Mishra had surrendered before the Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMFC) court in Kujang who remanded him to Kujang Jail.

Mishra was arrested from Thailand for allegedly masterminding the murder of Mahendra Swain, a top executive of Hyderabad-based stevedoring company Seaways Shipping and Logistics Limited (SSLL), in broad daylight on October 26, 2016, in Paradip.
