New Delhi: The Supreme Court will hear petitions seeking review of its December 14 judgment on Rafale fighter jets deal on Wednesday.
One of the petitions has been filed by former NDA ministers Yashwant Sinha and Arun Shourie and advocate Prashant Bhushan; another has been filed by AAP MP Sanjay Singh.
They contend that the court should re-consider its judgment, which relies on a “non-existent” CAG report to uphold the Rafale deal.
