Cuttack: The second campus of SCB Medical College and Hospital in Cuttack would be completed by 2025, said Odisha’s Law Minister Prithviraj Harichandan on Monday.
Speaking to media persons here, the minister said considering the increasing number of patients coming to the state’s prestigious SCB Medical College and Hospital and inadequate infrastructure, the government has instructed the executing authorities to speed up the works of the second campus project and complete it by 2025.
He further said two more bridges would be constructed over Kathjodi river connecting twin cities of Cuttack and Bhubaneswar to further ease road communication facilities.
Similarly, in another step in this regard, Judicial Academy-Trisulia Road would be converted into 4 lanes, while Judicial Academy-Jobra Road would be 6-lane road for faster and safer movement of vehicles, he added.
