Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government on Thursday appointed senior IAS officers as COVID observers of various districts.
While Anu Garg and N Thirumala Naik have been assigned Bhubaneswar, Nikunja Bihari Dhal has been appointed for hotspot districts like Jharsuguda and Sundargarh.
Similarly, Satyabrat Sahu and Benudhar have been assigned Balangir, Bargarh and Nuapada, which have been witnessing a surge in COVID-19 cases.
