Cuttack: The Supreme Collegium has approved the proposal for the elevation of senior woman lawyer Savitri Ratho as a judge of the Orissa High Court.
The apex court collegium in a meeting on January 22 approved the proposal after taking into consideration the material on record.
With this approval, Savitri will be the third woman judge of the Orissa High Court after Amiya Kumari Padhi and Sanju Panda.
