Kolkata: South Eastern Railway (SER) will be running several pairs of special trains for the Rath Yatra in Puri.
One of these will run between Shalimar – in Howrah, West Bengal – and Puri. The 08565 Shalimar – Puri Rath Yatra Special will leave Shalimar on July 15 and July 23 at 6 pm and reach Puri at 6 am the next day.
The 08566 Puri – Shalimar Rath Yatra Special will leave Puri on July 17 and July 25 at 12.30 am (past midnight) and reach Shalimar at 1.30 pm on the same day.
The special train will have stoppages at Santragachi, Mecheda, Kharagpur, Belda, Dantan, Jaleswar, Basta, Rupsa, Baleshwar and Soro in SER jurisdiction.
Another train will be run between Puri and Rourkela. The 08331 Rourkela-Puri Rath Yatra Special will leave Rourkela on July 15 and July 23 at 7.40 pm to reach Puri at 9.45 am the next day.
The 08332 Puri-Rourkela Rath Yatra Special will leave Puri on July 17 and July 25 at 3.00 am and reach Rourkela at 3.55 pm on the same day. This special train will have stoppages at Rajgangp
ur, Garpos, Bamra, Bagdihi and Jharsuguda in SER jurisdiction.
The 08569 Badampahar-Puri Rath Yatra Special will leave Badampahar on July 15 and July 23 at 9 am and reach Puri at 10.45 pm on the same day. The 08570 Puri-Badampahar Rath Yatra Special will leave Puri on July 17 and July 25 at 12.45 am (post midnight) and reach Badampahar at 1.45 pm on the same day.
This special train will have stoppages at Kuldiha, Rairangpur, Aunlajori, Haludpukur, Tatanagar, Gamharia, Sini, Rajkharsawan, Pandrasali, Chaibasa, Singhpokharia, Dangoaposi, Deojhar, Murga Mahadev Road, Banspani and Jaroli in SER jurisdiction.
The 08563 Bangriposi–Puri MEMU Rath Yatra Special will leave Bangriposi on July 15, July 23 and July 24 at 2.30 pm and will reach Puri at 3 pm the next day. The 08564 Puri-Bangriposi Rath Yatra Special will leave Puri on July 17, July 25 and July 26 at 1.15 am and reach Bangriposi at 1:30 pm on the same day.
The special train will have stoppages at Rajaloka, Buramara, Kuchai, Bhanjpur, Baripada, Jamsole, Krishnachandrapur, Betnoti, Jogal, Jugpura, Thakurtota, Rupsa, Haldipada, Tikirapal, Baleshwar, Nilgiri Road, Khantapara, Panpana, Bahanaga Bazar, Soro, Sabira, Markona and Ranital in SER jurisdiction.
The 08567 Barbil-Puri Rath Yatra Special will leave Barbil on July 15 and July 23 at 7.35 am and reach Puri at 5.30 pm on the same day. In the return direction, the 08568 Puri-Barbil Rath Yatra Special will leave Puri on July 16 and July 24 at 7.35 pm and reach Barbil at 7 am the next day.
This special train will have stoppages at Bara Jamda, Noamundi, Dangoaposi, Deojhar, Murga Mahadev Road, Banspani and Jaroli in SER jurisdiction.
