Bhubaneswar: The ICMR will begin the fourth round of national-level serosurvey in 70 districts, including three in Odisha, to determine the prevalence of antibodies against COVID-19 among people this month.
Director Regional Medical Research Centre (RMRC), Bhubaneswar, Dr Sanghamitra Pati on Saturday informed that the serosurvey will be conducted in Ganjam, Rayagada and Koraput to assess the intensity of the spread of COVID-19 and for the first time, children above 6 years will be covered.
“The survey will begin from June 16-17 and conclude on June 21-22 with the logistic support of the Odisha government,” she added.
