Bhubaneswar: The regional centre of India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Wednesday forecast moderate to severe thunderstorm with lightning with gusty surface wind speed reaching 30-40 kmph and moderate rain for five districts of Odisha.
The weather condition will prevail in Khurda (including Bhubaneswar), Cuttack (including Cuttack city), Puri, Boudh and Sundargarh for the next three hours.
People have been advised to keep a watch on worsening weather condition/severe lightning and move to safer places.
