Sex Racket Busted In Bhubaneswar, Eight Held

Bhubaneswar: The Quick Response Team (QRT) of Commissionerate Police on Wednesday busted a sex racket being operated from a guest house at Nayapalli here.

Four customers and three pimps were arrested from the spot.

Besides, three women engaged in the flesh trade were also rescued.

However, the owner of the guest house managed to escape during the raid.

The police team recovered cash, a number of mobile phones and objectionable items from the house.

On Sunday, a similar prostitution racket was busted in Khadianka village of Kendrapara district.

Following the raid, two youths, two women and the kingpin of the racket were arrested.
