Rourkela: Police busted a sex racket here and arrested three persons, including the kingpin, during a raid on Sunday night.
Acting on a tip-off that a sex racket was operating in a quarter of Rourkela Steel Plant (RSP), a team from Sector-15 police station raided the house and arrested two customers and the person running the flesh trade. Police also rescued three women.
Police said they were interrogating the three arrested persons.
