Bhubaneswar: Police on Friday arrested Suresh Behera, the main accused in connection with sexual harassment of divyang women at All Odisha Orthopedically Handicapped Welfare Association centre here.
Airfield Police had earlier arrested Madhu Manjari Dhal, trainer of the centre at Palaspalli and booked her under different Sections of IPC.
The incident came to light in January when a former woman employee of the centre posted a video on social media and also accused general secretary of the association, Suresh Behera, of allegedly running the sex racket.
She further alleged that several government officials used to visit the centre for sexual gratification and Behera used to facilitate it.
